Where as the year gone

Well another year on the plot just about done just got the sprouts and parsnips to harvest but i am also getting quite a few tomatoes still,at the moment am just starting burning loads of old pallets i have collected and i will use the ash for the potatoes next year.
Still need to get over one patch before it gets to cold i cleaned the pond and deweeded the herb patch its all starting to look tidy but very bare.

Rain on a Bank Holiday

Well i suppose we cant complain too much we do need the rain,i had so much planned for to day loads to plant out finish clearing the rhubarb plant.I have managed to get all my grow bags bought and planted up including some in the plastic bottle greenhouse which i am very happy with time will tell it is any good but i think it will be only its its used to start hardening off young plants.

The next project will be my fruit cage i think but i do nearly have all he materials for a poly tunnel so the fruit cage might get put back

I Will Never Learn

I did the same thing last year when i start of my seeds are always set to many but am always afraid of them not germinating , so its looks like the same as last year showering other plot holders and work colleagues with my excess courgettes cucumber and various tomato plants,i don't think they mined.I sometimes thing i should grow more and then do the rounds and the weekend car boot sales and Sunday market's i might have to look into more seeing that i have more greenhouses now to start the seedlings off.
All the frame work is up now for the plastic bottle greenhouse just need to fit the bottles now if the rain stays off but till then i shall have a cuppa and some wholemeal toast.

Dig Dig Dig

All i seem to do is dig but i have now finished all the main digging for this growing season so moving on to the next project the plastic bottle greenhouse its seems to have taken ages to collect enough bottles but i am finally there.Once its built it will take my greenhouse collection to three but i would still love a poly tunnel (maybe put it on my Christmas list).
Loads to plant up now including potatoes beans cabbage etc....
